It's here, it's here! My first cookbook, Superfood Sandwiches, published by Fair Winds Press, is out and available wherever books are sold. Superfoods are specific, nutritionally dense ingredients and a diet comprised of various superfoods can promote overall better health. Last year, I created over 80 recipes for sandwiches that contain several superfoods, as well as 20 bread and condiment recipes featuring nutrition packed ingredients. The recipes vary from very easy, meaning the sandwiches can be thrown together in 10 minutes or less, to more advanced and covering all meals and occasions. It's designed for busy people on the go as well as parents who want to get more nutrition into their kids' diets in a fun and approachable way. The aim is to introduce people to new and exciting ways to incorporate more whole nutrition into everyday life and serve it up via sandwich.
